Today Mommy's college friends Traci and Kim came to visit. More friends were supposed to come, but "mother nature" had other ideas and decided to make snow/sleet/rain/ice! But it was fun to see Traci and Kim!! Mommy got to catch up with her friends and celebrate Kim's 29th Birthday!!!

Today The Attanaseo family put on our Marqueete attire to watch the Marquette vs Notre Dame game! Too bad Marquette didn't win, but at least we looked good!!
After many weeks of sleeping with Kaylynn on our chests, Kaylynn is finally is sleeping through the night in her crib! It's been almost a week now since Kaylynn began sleeping through the night (and by "through the night" I mean 4 to 6 hours in a row)!! I've been afraid to say anything because I don't want to jinx this wonderfel sleep! She falls asleep around 10pm and will sleep until about 3 or 4am, then Daddy changes her diaper and after thar Mommy will feed her. She's usually back in bed about an hour later! Then will sleep until Loren wakes up around 7 or 7:30am. It's been VERY nice to get a good 4 to 6 hous of sleep!
Here is a picture of Kaylynn sleeping in her crib. This was the first night she slept though the night! I know…she sleeps on her tummy...but, she has great head control and we have a monitor that detects her breathing! :) Ahhh...wonderful sleep!!
It was finally warm enough outside, so we took the girls out to play! We made our first snowman too! Loren enjoyed playing outside and cried when we had to go in! We can't wait until spring!!
Kaylynn was Baptised today at St. James Church in Arlington Heights. It was a very nice ceremony! Kaylynn wore the dress that all the women in the family have worn, including Mommy, Aunt Amy and Booma! The dress is 52 years old! After the ceremony we had a wonderful party at Beth’s parents’ house!

Today is Valentine’s Day! Kaylynn is wearing the cute outfit Booma got her! Loren had a Valentine’s Day party at her park district class today! She got lots of candy and treats!!

Today was Colleen's 2nd birthday party! Colleen is Beth's cousin, Katie's, oldest daughter. Loren, Kaylynn and Mommy went to Ceasarland for the party and had lots of fun!!

Today we went to Tim and Elaina's to watch the Superbowl. Too bad the Bears didn't win, but it was still fun to get together with friends!
January 2007 was a busy month with many firsts...Kaylynn's first time home, our first time alone with 2 kids, Loren's first time holding her sister, Kaylynn's first bath, the first time friends and family came to see Kaylynn, etc. Here are a few pictures from all those firsts...
