Hallowen 2008

On Thursday October 30th we went on the great pumpkin hunt!! We waited until the last minute to get pumpkins and they were hard to come by...but we found some (super cheap too) and carved them!! Loren enjoyed scooping out the "germs" but still won't touch them! We had to give her a long spoon! Kaylynn didn't care, she didn't mind getting her hand dirty!

Halloween day was a lot of fun!! The girls both dressed up, Loren was a mouse and Kaylynn was a cat. It was such a warm day that Loren didn't wear her costume much because she was too hot! We went trick or treating around 5:30 with our neighbors Joy (and her parents) and Amanda (and her mom). The kids got a TON of candy!! Loren was really into trick or treating this year and Kaylynn also really enjoyed it!!

Dance and school halloween fun

On Wednesday October 29th, Loren's dance class had a Halloween party where the kids could get dressed up. We thought Loren's mouse costume may be a little too warm for dance, so she dressed up as Snow White. Mommy was still in the hospital, so Daddy had to get her dressed and ready for dance all by himself! He did a great job, even put her hair up in a pony-tail!! Way to go daddy!!!
