Eryn 10 months

Another month has quickly gone by and baby Eryn is another month older! Eryn is still the very happiest baby ever (unless she is hungry)! She is very fast at crawling and absolutely loves to climb the stairs! As soon as the gate is open, she goes right to the stairs as fast as she can! She also loves standing up on everything she can and cruises a bit too! She loves to play with cars, trains and anything with wheels. She also likes balls or things she can chase! She really loves to play with Kaylynn and finds her to be hilarious! Eryn has finally started to enjoy the pool and likes to cry to crawl in the shallow end and doesn't mind being dunked! Eryn is also a fan of her sleep! She likes her 2 naps during the day and when she gets tired, she'll let you know!! She usually takes her first nap about 2-2 1/2 hours after she wakes up (since it's summer, we don't have to be up at any time) and will nap for about an hour to an hour and a half. Then will be awake for another 2 to 2 1/2 hours and will take her afternoon nap. She is also definitely a fan of her food! She loves to eat almost anything she can pick up on her own! She's eating more and more what we eat.

Green Lake, WI

The week of July 30th through August 6th we went to Green Lake, WI with my mom's side of the family! We had 2 houses, one right on the lake and the other a couple blocks away. The one on the lake was HUGE, 5 bedrooms plus a huge rec room with a pool table, fuse ball table, dart board and a lot of space (which was perfect for the "teens" to sleep). We actually got the "master" bedroom because we have so many people in our family, which was nice because Joe and I got a king size bed!!

We rented either a speed or a pontoon boat every day and the girls had a blast tubing! Loren and Kaylynn would stand up and do "no hands" when tubing with mommy. Loren even tubed by herself a few times! They also really liked hanging out with the teens, especially Brittany (and her friends) and Courtney (and her friends). They danced, took "jumping pictures", made friendship bracelets (Brittany taught Loren how to make them), went swimming, stayed up late, made smores, watched movies, ate lots and lots of yummy food, and played with my cousin's little girls Colleen and Grace!

Kaylynn stitches...

Monday July 26th Kaylynn fell and hit her head into the corner of the wall. I saw it happen and knew right away it was going to be a trip to the ER! She was a very brave girl and barely cried at all!! We got to the hospital around 9am and they got her in right away. They put some numbing medicine in the cut so she wouldn't feel the stitches. She just sat there and let them do their thing! She ended up with 7 stitches!! She also got to have a yummy red popsicle, which she enjoyed!! Luckily the stitches needed to come out after 5 days, just before we left for vacation!!! So far it seems to be healing nicely! :)
