Attanaseo Family: Crystal Lake Parade and Fireworks

PARADE

Yesterday we went to watch the Crystal Lake parade with our neighbors (Christine, Amanda and Corey) and our friends (Chan, Ellie and baby Carter). Mommy and Christine went out the night before and "staked" out our spot with blankets! The parade was so fun! Loren loved watching the groups perform and especially liked the candy they gave out! Ellie got a little scared of the firetrucks (kind of ironic since her Daddy is a firefighter and drove a truck in the parade)! Here are a few pictures from the parade:

FIREWORKS

Later that evening we went to see the fireworks! We went with a bunch of neighbors (Christine, Amanda and Corey, and Joy and Addy, and Jim and his girlfriend Julie). The fireworks are set off at the beach, but we watched them from the local middle school. It was a perfect place to view them because you could see them, but they weren't as loud! Loren and Addy got ice cream and had lots of fun running around in the grass!! They even got glow-sticks from people giving them out! It was cool outside, so we got all bundled up and enjoyed good company! Here are some pictures from the fireworks:
