Kaylynn's speech evaluation

Yesterday Kaylynn had her speech evaluation done. Turns out she has a 33% delay (she needed at least a 30% delay to qualify for services). So she technically qualifies, but for now I declined services and will try to work with her at home. They will reevaluate her in 3 months. They said that she speaks at about the level of a 16 month old (she's almost 25 months). But her cognitive ability is that of a 31 month old. So that's a big difference, she's really smart, but can't talk about it! :) Hopefully in the next few months she'll catch up!

Also, her asthma seems to be more under control. We don't have to give her the albuterol (rescue medicine) as much and the allergist said we don't have to come back for 2 months! Yay!! She's still on flovent (inhaler), singular and zyrtek though.
