Brookfield Zoo

On Saturday 5/31 Joe, his mom and I took the girls to the zoo! Joe's parents got us a membership to the zoo so we can go whenever we want!! It's so nice because we don't worry about trying to see and do everything at one visit!! It was a beautiful day out on Saturday! Loren really wanted to see the monkeys and the birds (they are her favorite). We got to see lots of animals, giraffes, camels, bison, various forms of monkeys and gorillas, bears, lions, tigers, owls, goats, chicks, hawks and lots of geese!! Kaylynn said "meowww" to every animal! I really think she thinks every animal is a cat!! We packed a lunch and ate at the zoo in a picnic area! While we were eating we were surrounded by geese!! It was crazy (almost scary)!! We got there around 10:30 and left around 2, and it wasn't really crowded while we were there, which was nice!! I can't wait to go back and see more animals!!!
